Lopatcong Panthers Strength & Conditioning

*Due to COVID19  Restrictions the 2020-21 Sessions are on hold*

Keep your kids active, engaged and prepared for next season with the Strength & Conditioning program. We will introduce games, drills and workouts that are age appropriate to increase core strength, agility, speed and overall athletic conditioning.

Open to boys & girls ages 6-14, sessions will be Co-Ed, and grouped by grade levels.

Kindergarten – 3rd Graders will focus on introducing basic exercises drills and activities along with a few fun games.

4th – 8th Graders will receive more structured training and exercises to improve their conditioning and speed.

Strength & Conditioning will begin in December and run through March
