*2020 Season is now complete*
Open to boys & girls ages 6-14, sessions will be Co-Ed, and grouped by grade levels.
Kindergarten – 3rd Graders will focus on introducing basic exercises drills and activities along with a few fun games.
4th – 8th Graders will receive more structured training and exercises to improve their conditioning and speed.
Strength & Conditioning will begin in January and run through March 2020.
